How do I get the free notes?
Email me with “anatomy notes” in the subject line. The reply is automatic and the notes are attached — no sign-up, no cost.
I bought a course and cannot open it in the app
Sign in with the same email you used at checkout, then pull down on the course list to refresh. If it still does not appear, write to Voovo's support with that email and the course name.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for the app go through Voovo's support team, under the platform's terms. Refunds for the test-taking course and the exam reviews come to me — write with the email you used at checkout.
Which course should I take?
Take the one your class follows: Anatomy & Physiology 1 (BIO 168), Anatomy & Physiology 2 (BIO 169), or BIO 163 Basic A&P. If both semesters are ahead of you, the AP 1 & 2 bundle covers them together.
